hiI tested this but it didn't work.I updated the whmcs version to 9 and this problem occurred.I tested it on whmcs 8 and it works properly.Unfortunately, it is not possible to downgrade the whmcs version.How can this problem be solved?thanks

I had a similar issue after upgrading WHMCS, and updating the Virtualizor WHMCS module to the latest version and then re-saving the product’s module settings fixed the missing Module Plans.

This is most likely a compatibility issue between WHMCS 9.0.5 and your current Virtualizor module, so I'd recommend updating to the latest Virtualizor WHMCS module, checking the PHP error logs and browser console for API or JavaScript errors, and contacting Softaculous support if the issue persists.
