Topic : Email Filters AND/OR Not Saved

It appears that the AND/OR pull-down box in 'Create Email Filter' is not being saved
properly.

How to replicate:
1) Create an Email Filter with any two conditions and select 'OR' in pull-down box.
2) Reopen the filter and change selection to 'AND' then save filter.
3) reopen the filter again and it still shows 'OR' selection.
