Topic : INSTALLATION FILES NOT FOUND

My website worked yesterday and today it is gone. I cannot get into wordpress because Softaculous it says "installation files not found"

Please advise...where did my website go??

Hi,

Can you check if the files are present using the File Manager in your control panel ?

Or you can open a support ticket with us so we can check this ?

The files are present. Somehow the website path was entered incorrectly. Which is interesting because I have never even been into that area of Softaculous.

I fixed the path and now it says "up to date" instead of "installation files not found."

However when I try to get into wordpress I am getting a different error HTTP ERROR 500 so I am wondering, now what??
