Topic : auto upgrade troubleshooting

On a cPanel, in my Softaculous admin panel, if I view "Installations", I see a few users have enabled auto-upgrade. But in this listing the version of Wordpress available is listed as 4.2.3 and theirs are showing only 4.0 and 4.1 ?

What admin settings do I need to verify? [something turned off that could cause upgrade not to happen despite user's setting?]

Where are any logs to see if cron is running and if the upgrades were attempted for these specific script and users?

Hi,

Extremely sorry for the delay.

It could be possible that the upgrade might have failed for these installations and hence they were restored from a backup. Can you look for a file failed_auto_upgrade.php in the .softaculous/ folder of the user which have these installations ?
