For Softaculous you will require either of the above panel or a custom panel to work. And Webuzo is a single user control panel with Softaculous enabled. Webuzo allows you to manage your domains, FTP accounts, Databases and many more features. Webuzo itself is a panel hence does not require any other panel on the server.
