Hi, awainting for Webuzo Staff Reply i can suggest somethink you can do.
Are you able to log in into Webuzo?
YES
If you are able to log in into webuzo please go on Services and press the relative icon for restart Apache.
Now check if your website is avaiable online.
For update license In top go on Admin panel (first icon on right top) where you are able to press Update licence license.
The website are now online?
NO?
You can try to access via SSH and do this command for restart webuzo, the command is between "" :
Root >

service webuzo restart
also you can write in SSH
Quote
service httpd restart
this will restart apache.
All this command are not dangerous for you server, this is why i can suggest to do but no responsability.
