i cannot access to my Webuzo admin panel and i got A 50X error occurred

i tried to reboot server via ssh and service webuzo restart
Stopping php-fpm: php-fpm is stopped
Stopping nginx: Done...
Starting php-fpm: [13-Jan-2019 10:01:41] ERROR: [pool users] cannot get uid for user 'soft'
[13-Jan-2019 10:01:41] ERROR: FPM initialization failed

also the soft user is not exist in my VPS
please help me here

Hi,
From the error it seems that system user 'soft' is missing. Adding the system user and restarting the webuzo service will resolve your issue.
Let us know if you face any issues further.

adding the soft user back corrected this problem for me as well, but how could this happen? how could the user be deleted in the first place? Also now it seems my password for the login to both panels is no longer being accepted and my email is marked as invalid, what gives?

additionally, changing the users password from ssh via passwd is not allowing me to login either, wtf?
