Hi,
I'm considering using Webuzo for my application, but I need at least PHP 5.3 for my app to work.

Does Webuzo support PHP 5.3 ?

Also, is it secure?
Is it easy to install SSL certs?

Sorry for the double post I did not find an edit button.

I'll need another Webuzo instance for a WHMCS instance.
Does Webuzo support ZEND + IonCube?
Does it allow me to change php.ini for security purposes?
Does it support a firewall install, like CSF (ConfigServer Firewall) or APF?

Yes, Webuzo does support PHP 5.3 on CentOS 6.x

Yes, It is secure. You can easily install certificates.

Can you please explain this ?

Webuzo supports IonCube. You will have to configure ZEND from php.ini

Yes, you can certainly change php.ini from your Admin Panel >> Settings >> PHP

CSF will be implemented ASAP.
