We would like to have an option to configure a default remote backup destination.

This would be SFTP, SSH, S3, Dropbox etc (the same options as for the end users) but only configurable by the root user.

There would need to be a way to set per account quotas on the remote backup destination and what to do if the quota is full.

Setting a global quota would be sufficient to begin with (the same for all accounts), but having the ability to set quotas per cPanel package would be very nice.
