Hi,

I am trying to install CMS through softaculous on freehosting.com site www.kunchitigaprapancha.in . I am getting the error 'The MySQL Connection could not be established.' . Would you help me in resolving this issue.

Hi,

Is your MySQL server online ? Have you crossed the max number of databases or users ?

If you can open a support ticket we can check it for you.

Hi Rohit, Welcome to Softaculous forums.

You can check by accessing cPanel >> MySQL option if the service is functional. Other way to check is by accessing Service Status from cPanel. It will help you to check if MySQL service is functional on your server.

Go to your Remote MySQL Databases in cPanel, and put in % (the wildcard), then attempt to redo your install. I figured this out just now via trial and error, and it seems to be working fine now.
