 VNC authentication failed, Cant connect via vnc for one vm (1 Replies, Read 3272 times)

Hello,

We are unable to connect via vns for one VPS. When you open vnc and click connect it immediately gives you the following error "New connection was rejected with reason: Authentication failed". I have tried resetting the VNC password but that didn't resolve it.

How to fix?

Stopping and starting the vps from panel did not helped ?
