Hey guys,

I can't seem to access my Virtualizor panel, and it seems that my VPS password has changed itself, so I can get in at all. I can only access my dedicated server via SSH. Is there a way I can reset my VPS root password so I can back it all up? Or just access the VPS panel itself? All through SSH ofcourse.

Hello,


Sir, please restart the virtualizor service ( through command >> service virtualizor restart) and check if the GUI comes up. After that you can edit the VPS and reset the password.

If the issue remains same please open the support ticket and we will resolve this issue quickly.
