I just jumped from Xampp to AMPPS and now I'm getting this error:

Program Output:

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: zip: Unable to initialize module

Module compiled with module API=20151012

PHP    compiled with module API=20160303

These options need to match

This error appears when I'm installing PHP Composer for Windows while PHP 7.1 is configured.

Choosing 5.6 removes the error but a lot of recent code does not work nicely with 5.6

Any hints where I should start looking?
