unable to extend licenses at this time, credit card on the site does not work, and paypal is throwing errors. Also getting errors when using helpdesk..

Whats going on?

I already made a support ticket, but now the ticket system is not allowing me to access the ticket. Ticket # 963273

As I've checked your ticket was replied by the billing team.

If you won't be able to access the your ticket for any reasons, write an email from your registered email address to support@softaculous.com and mention the ticket number and the issue.
