Softaculous

Topic : When installing software, it sometimes changes the 'installing' to 'undefined' and freezes

So when I install software from the Softaculous installer, it sometimes changes from 'Installing' to 'undefined' and freezes. It usually happens at 4% or 3%.

I have to refresh and reinstall it.
Sometimes it gets REALLY annoying because it freezes at 70% or 80%!! :cry:

please help. what can I do? is it just a glitch with the auto installer??

Oh also sometimes when uninstalling the same thing happens :-(

Sorry for the delay in response.

When this happens and you reload the page do you have to login again ? I mean is the session expired ?

Also which script do you face the issue with ? WordPress or any other script ?

So when this happens, I have to reload the page and then click 'install' again.
It happens with all the scripts. (And also it says 'undefined' sometimes again when I refresh)
