Topic : I can't install Coppermine

I hope you can help me. Since I got the same error message when trying to update Coppermine on my domain I uninstalled it. I'm an end user on a shared server

Now that I want to install it again, I get the same error message:

"The following errors were found :
The installation package could not be found!"

What can I do? The Softaculous version on the server I'm on is 4.3.6 so it is up to date.

Hi,

Please ask your web host to execute the Repair utility and that should fix the issue. Here is the guide to repair :
