hello,
i have got a premium license for softaculous but everything seemed ok on the admin panel but when you go to clients cpanel and click on the scripts to install i get this error

The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.

this error is on all scripts

can you please tell me what i can do to fix it

If you receive an error "The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please
report this to the Server Admin." in Softaculous then please keep on
doing the following until the error is gone:



WHM >> Plugins >> Softaculous >> Softwares >> "update settings"

ive done that already but keep getting errors there aswell saying could not update script file missing

What error does it show in the Download Logs when you update using Admin Panel.

I personally had similar errors and I only had 60 our of 110 or something potential apps installed.  After checking all of the scripts I wanted about 106 or so of them I updated my settings at the bottom and they reinstalled.

I tried that several times and it eventually just took.  I also reinstalled with wget to their PHP or whatever their install instructions are for cpanel then did the above.

It's working now!
