Hi,

Are you using the latest version of Softaculous ?

Due to recent update of cPanel i.e. v76 the 3rd party PHP binary was upgraded to PHP 7.2 hence the Softaculous files encoded in with a lower PHP version are not compatible.

We made structure changes in Softaculous to fix this issue, this fix was released in Softaculous 5.1.1 :

Re-installing Softaculous should resolve the issue :
https://www.softaculous.com/docs/Reinstall

Let us know if you face any issues.
