I can't see the scripts installed. I have contacted to support twice and can't get a respond.

What is your response time? This is the third day and I'm still waiting for a reply from both the support ticket I opened, and here.

After the installation it says this:

Software not found.....Needs Update
Fetching Latest File......Saved the Latest File
Mirror : s1.softaculous.com
Unzipping the files......Unzipped Successfully
Deleting previous files......Done
