Cannot Install, Could not load the Unzip Class! (5 Replies, Read 4646 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Hi guys, I am trying to install softaculous on a brand new vps and I receive following message: "Could not load the Unzip Class!" I checked and "allow_url_fopen" is set to 1. Also there are no permission issues already 775. What to do?

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	thanks for the answer alons! I have opened a ticket, but the answer is very confusing - Your PHP binary is not working. The only app that is not working on the server is softaculous ----- Could not load the Unzip Class! I installed installatron as a second option and it works great, plus drupal, joomla, whmcs, smf, mediawiki and all popular apps installs just fine. Weak support and evasive... Archive driver for Tar.gz is located at /bin/tar Archive driver for Zip is located at /usr/bin/unzip Where does softaculous looks for the unzip driver? Can I change that?

Group: Administrator Post Group: Super Member Posts: 2280 Status:	Hi, Sir, cPanel has two PHP binaries. One for internal use and the sencond for the WWW. Your cPanel PHP binary is not working located at : /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php You can make a test script and check it yourself. Its unable to download. This could be because of a faulty cPanel installation. We had made all possible tests and determined this.
