Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	I downloaded http://files.softaculous.com/autoinstall71.zip to run on WHMCS 7.5.1 in a PHP 7.1 environment and now I get this email every 5 minutes relating to the WHMCS cron: <h1>Oops!</h1> <h2>Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request.</h2> <p>Please go back to the previous page and try again.</p> <p class="debug">Whoops\Exception\ErrorException: <br/>The file <b>/home/*******/public_html/includes/hooks/softaculous.php</b> was encoded with the Encoder for PHP 7.1 and can only run on PHP 7.1 or later.<br/> If you are the administrator of this site then please upgrade to PHP 7.1 or later and install the corresponding ionCube Loader. in Unknown:0<br /> Stack trace:<br /> #0 /home/*******/public_html/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/Utility/Error/Run.php(0): WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleError(16, '<br/>The file <...', 'Unknown', 0)<br /> #1 [internal function]: WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleShutdown()<br /> #2 {main}</p></div> </body> </html> Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated! ----------------------- Kind Regards, Ashley.S. Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5652 Status:	Hi, Can you please check what is the WHMCS cron job entry from your control panel ? It could be possible that the WHMCS CRON job is being executed by PHP version lower than 7.1 Please edit the CRON job to use path to PHP 7.1 binary and then you should not face this issue. Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	Thanks Brijesh, Turns out I forgot that I updated the php version in the cPanel account and didn't notice the info about ensuring the right PHP version is executed so it was trying to execute the older php instead of the newer one.
