I have a reply from the Webuzo Team. Seems your Webuzo version is not the last. This issue has been resolved in the last version where the updated Apache will have logorate this will delete the log files and keep only the latest. BUT seems you are using a "very old version" of Webuzo. Maybe you have disabled the auto update so if you update now Webuzo you can have issue and downtime. If you are able to do you should install logorate.
