Since I enabled ngnix reverse proxy with apache2 and rebooted my server everything seems to be up and running except the admin panels.
I have done service webuzo restart also which done nothing.
I just receive:
404 Not Found
nginx/1.6.2

Nevermind figured it out, looks like RAM usage trippled since it enabled and stopped it from running, had to disable httpd and then restart webuzo service.

You can modify the apache config on your server to optimize it and avoid further issues.
