Please help me in this question:
In a dedicated server that is already installed Cpanel, I can create a VPS without affecting Cpanel?

Sir, are you willing to create a VPS on the server which has already cPanel installed ?

If you are thinking to do so with virtualizor, then it is not possible because Virtualizor can not be installed in a server which has cPanel.

I installed Virtualizor first, then installed Cpanel vps I have not created any yet, if I add a new ip to virtualizor, and then create a vps that ip, installing Cpanel will be affected?

Sorry for bad english. I installed, virtualizor, on a dedicated server, so after I installed Cpanel. Now, I need to create a vps already bought the ip for it, but I'm afraid of damaging Cpanel.

Sir, it seems like you have installed cPanel on the Dedicated server on which the Virtualizor is installed. It is not recommended by us to install any other control panel on which the Virtualizor is installed. Virtualizor uses its own custom stack which may cause issue with cPanel's stack.

What you can do is :
1) Install a Virtualizor on your Dedicated server.
2) Create a VPS.
3) Install cPanel on the VPS.

So you can also create as many VPS you want without affecting your cPanel VPS.
