I tried using these drivers, and it wouldn't work:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/creating-windows-virtual-machines-using-virtio-drivers/

It still doesn't see the drives?

Try with this one

- Browse to the CD drive where you mounted the VirtIO driver and select folder "vioscsi\VERSION_OF_WINDOWS\amd64" and confirm. Select the "Red Hat VirtIO SCSI controller" and click next to install it. Now you should see your drive.

If you still facing issue, open a support ticket. We will check and help you to resolve it.]]>

I'm having the exact same problem, it isn't recognizing the drivers. I tried adding a 2nd CD ROM virtio-win.iso and it doesn't see the VIRTIO drivers. How were you able to install the Windows on the OpenVZ 7 KVM?

Hi,

- Create VM with ISO.

- After starting your VM launch the VNC

- Follow the installer steps until you reach the installation type selection where you need to select "Custom (advanced)"

- Now click "Load driver" to install the VirtIO drivers for hard disk and the network.

- Browse to the CD drive where you mounted the VirtIO driver and select folder "viostor\VERSION_OF_WINDOWS\amd64" and confirm. Select the "Red Hat VirtIO SCSI controller" and click next to install it. Now you should see your drive.

- Choose the drive and continue the Windows installer steps.]]>
