cpanel to webuzo, how to restore from full backup of cpanel (5 Replies, Read 6745 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Hi, Client purchased VPS from halfdollarhosting.com. The VPS install is done as per requirements. What steps should be done to restore full cpanel backup. I read it is obligatory to have same username. Anything else? Domain have lots of WP, joomla and over 500 subdomains. please specify how to restore, what are steps.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 32 Status:	Well the backup works but there is a error but says backup complete, error: Net::FTP=GLOB(0x1ca5228)<<< 550 Can't change directory to /home/username/webuzo_migration: No such file or directory Then i get this email: Hi, Oops !!! Could not create Backup from cPanel !!! Please try again !!! Regards, Webuzo Team Tried 20 times now i will have to wait for webuzo to get back to me, i will post the fix if and when i get it to this post.
