I have uploaded 6 iso's to the my master server and all but 1 of them get deleted within 30 minutes of the upload being completed. It's not an issue storage space. I'm loosing my mind trying to figrue this out.

Have you added them in the Virtualizor panel as well? Or just uploaded them to the server?

By default I believe Virtualizor will automatically delete ISOs that aren't added on the panel as well.

You can try changing the setting Configuration > Master Setting > Do not delete Orphan OS Template(s)
