Hi,
Softaculous 1st tries to search for an email if it is saved from Softaculous Enduser panel -> Email Settings and if it does not exist Softaculous will fetch the email address of the cPanel account. So if the email is sent to email1 then it looks like these users might have saved the settings. Please check the following file if it contains your email : /home/*/.softaculous/user.php If it does please open this file unserialize the string and replace your email with the user's email and serialize the array and write it to the user's file. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

Thank you! All the users had that file with email1 inside. I already did search/replace and it works like expected.
