 Unable to enter free licence key after premium licence expired (5 Replies, Read 12742 times)

I bought webuzo licence for 2 months. Now my licence is expired. When I am trying to login, it says License Inactive.
When I am entering free licence key it says "Key has been entered successfully"
When I am clicking on Enduser Panel then again it is saying License Inactive.

Help!
