So, I was testing some sitepad features, and suddently came across this (check first attachment) and said to myself "why not?", but how can i edit the docs, because in my template and editor, i can't find any button saying documentations

Looking to the HTML source of your web page, I think that you forgot to fill-in the name of the email adres variable .
The element source is:
Go to the widget, open the email input element and fill-in the required variable name like EmailAddress in the input field of "Input Field Name".
Let us know if that solved your challenge to fix it.
