Topic : Primary domain opening without www prefix

I have installed webuzo control penal on my vps. But there is a problem. I have added primary domain which is opening fine my-domain.com but not with www.my-domain.com . Help me please .

Does your domain point to the Webuzo server IP ?
Kindly confirm the same

Thanks for response. Everything is fine now actually there is problem of primary domain When I changed primary domain and added main ip as domain it worked fine .
