Is possible to create vps with ipv6 address only?

I tried but it gives me this message:

Please specify atleast one IP for the VPS

I remain attentive to your comments

1 ipv4 means other than the dedicated ip of the dedicated server machine?
I have only 1 IP for my dedicated server how can I use it to create kvm vps with ipv6 and access it through cloudflare?
