Topic : Error connecting to MySQL Database

I'm having the same error many others have had, but I can't find a solution here or anywhere else on the web:

"The following errors were found :
There was an error in connecting to the MySQL Database"

I'm tech savvy but not when it comes to web design, so I may be overlooking something simple. My host is domain.com.

What do I do?

Getting the same error after installation softaculous.
Panel ISPmanager (ISP systems).

Softaculous creating databases via ISPmanager API?

Yes we use the ISPmanager API to create the database.

Can you please open a support ticket with us so that we can check it asap.
