Topic : "Webuzo is not supported on 32 bit systems"

I always had Webuzo working on 32 bit computers, but now this autoupdate to 2.4.0/2.4.1 broke webuzo, because of some dependencies that are not working on 32 bit. How do I roll back to an older version of webuzo?

Hi,

Sir we have deprecated support for 32 bit systems , all of your existing installations will work fine , but you will not receive any further updates to your existing application .

"all of your existing installations will work fine" <- They don't. Now I have to fix these installations on 32 bit systems. How do I do that?

I want reinstall an older version of Webuzo on my 32 bit computer, but I can't because you broke the installer for 32 bit computers.

Hi,

Yes, we have modified the installer so that webuzo can not be installed on 32 bit system.

I can help you install Webuzo on 32 bit system but we have stopped providing system libraries as well so Webuzo will not be able to install and use them.

You will not be able to use most apps because of missing libraries.

We are very sorry but we can not help you in this case.
You can try and backup your data and migrate to a 64bit machine.
