Wordpress installations using auto-install have become disabled. [Help Request] (6 Replies, Read 6990 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 25 Status:	I logged into the Webuzo CP today, and found that the Softaculous Wordpress Manager is no longer showing the existing installations on this server that I installed through the auto installer (see attached screenshot). It simply says "No installations found from other auto installers. You can import installations done manually by clicking on Manual Installations tab above." It was fine just days ago when I logged in last. I have made no changes to the server, Webuzo or Softaculous. Out of curiosity, I then clicked into "All Installations" and all of the wordpress installations that I have installed using the auto-installer show in the "Disabled Scripts Installations" section and not the "Scripts Installations" section (see screenshot attachment). Like I said, I haven't touched any of these settings myself, so I'm wondering if I can get Webuzo/Softaculous to restore these back. I rely on the Wordpress Manager quite heavily, so I hate to lose it. This is an active licensed installation in good standing. Softaculous Premium with Webuzo Personal plan. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 25 Status:	Was hoping someone might chime in before I submitted a support ticket, but I'd like to get this solved soon, so I went ahead and submitted a ticket. I'll report back on the solution if I can... Just in case anyone else stumbles upon this post with the same issue.

I should have updated status on this earlier. My problem was solved by support. However, it did happen again when Softaculous did it's auto update function. I was able to restore the installed scripts myself this time though by simply going to the Softaculous>>Software>>General Scripts and WITHOUT CHANGING ANYTHING simply clicking the UPDATE SETTINGS button. I think there might just be a small bug caused by the auto updates. If you'd like any further details, please let me know. Happy to help.

I also have an instance of CS-Cart installed as well, that demonstrated the same behavior as the wordpress sites.
