Your help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not technically inclined so please don't assume your terminology will be automatically understood.
Due to lack of support for Mamp Pro I'm shifting camps to Ampps. Two days ago I upgraded to Mountain Lion and find Mamp Pro crashes on starting, but I can't say whether this is because I've installed Mountain Lion or whether there might be a conflict with Ampps which I installed just this morning.
To avoid rolling my Mac back to Lion to get Mamp Pro working so I can export them, I'd like to know how I can transfer two databases over to Ampp. Is there a way? Please say yes! My version of Mamp Pro is 2.1.1.
Anyone's help with this greatly appreciated. If use of Terminal is required, I'm sorry but the procedure will have to be detailed step by step so that I can follow.

Hi,

You can export your databases from MAMP using phpMyAdmin and import the same to AMPPS phpMyAdmin.
