Webtree 2.0.17 isn't working when installed with Softcaculous and show an error message, same on your demo page :https://demos6.softaculous.com/webtreesx5dmmr057u/ https://www.softaculous.com/apps/others/webtrees I tested with PHP 7.3.x and PHP 7.4.x, in French and English language. In incognito mode with a fresh Web browser, I have the same problem.
But I can see it's working fine from https://www.site-shot.com/ or https://gtmetrix.com, perhaps a CDN cache problem for European or France people ? But I had exactly the same problem in local without CDN with my own Softaculous from one of my customer. Thank you for your response. |

I found the problem.
If I visit the website https://demos6.softaculous.com/webtreesldemodebnh/ with English language set into my Browser it's working perfectly, but if I visit with my default or French language, the template of Webtree detect it and fail. On Firefox, I used the add-ons "languageswitch" to debug it. Could you check on your side and switch of language into your Browser please ? |
