Inmotion support told me I needed to log into Softaculous (wpcentral) to re-establish my websites that had been hacked but cleaned. I have NO credentials for softaculous and NONE of my emails/existing user names work to reset them. I have a program that remembers every site I sign up on and I have no record for Softaculous with credentials. I did find an email sent to me at lozadad@hotmail.com when I initially installed www.soulpopped.com in April 2018 but I cannot see the password and the username I have is not being accepted as valid to reset either the password or user name. I even tried establishing a new account (soulpopped) but now I cannot access my existing files (domain files) that are obviously under the account I can't reach. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi,

The login credentials for wpcentral is the same the the login credentials you used to login to this forum.

Please try to login with the same details.
