Topic : Magento won't install. Database connection error.

I get error "Database connection error."

whether with
127.0.0.1/magento/index.php/install/wizard/config/
or
localhost/magento/index.php/install/wizard/config/

I'm choosing GMT time and Default Currency=Euro

I googled but no solution. Anyone went through same thing with a solution?
