Hi,
This situation happens when the scripts are not enabled for the enduser. E.g. if a user had WordPress enabled previously and they installed WordPress. Later if WordPress is disabled for the user their installation will continue to run fine but Softaculous will show such installations under "Disabled Scripts Installations" section on All Installations page. The solution for this is to enable the scripts back. There are 3 places from where the script could be disabled : 1. Softaculous Admin Panel -> Software -> General Scripts 2. Softaculous Admin Panel -> Plans 3. 2. Softaculous Reseller Panel -> Plans Once the scripts are enabled the installation should display fine in the enduser panel. If you still face the issue do let us know. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

The issue was that the Softaculous cron had not been running. Forced a Softaculous cron run and the problem resolved itself. |

Glad to know the issue was resolved.
You can check the /etc/cron.d/softaculous file to find why the cron job is not running. Because if the cron does not run you will not get the script updates daily. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
