If this is how it will always be, we will just simply move to any other company that does respect and answer their clients

We have over 80 softaculous license and around 3 license of virtualizor, the ticket we have is an issue related to virtualizor that we have been trying to reachout for the last month without being resolved

We though to write here as a last hope since they dont answer their tickets and to let anyone know out there if you are having a production problem, you are screwed with this support that they provide recently
