Topic : Login fails for webuzo user

Hi there, I cannot login to my webuzo control panel with my usual username.
I can, however, login with root. But resetting the password doesnt seem to work.
All my domain info has gone, so none of my sites are available.
Please can anyone advise what to do next,

It is probably best to open support ticket with Softaculous staff for review.

Ah thanks, I am currently in the process of doing that.Although they want root ssh access to my server which is making me a little nervous.Any advice?Thanks

Hi,

We need root access to debug the issue because we will need to upload debugging files and execute some commands while debugging.
