Topic : AMPPS too slow on Windows 10

Hi,I install AMPPS on Win 10 pro 64bit, but it seems to be wayyyy to sloow, its like crappy shared hosting but i'm on i7 32gb ram nothing else running. 500-600ms TTFB on localhost for some apps.
Am i missing some setting or something? Perhaps caching? Any info on how to configure it to speed it up?

Try to check your windows defender if it was enabled, I disabled mine , intalled ampps in windows 10 then later on i was having this problem my OS is too slow so as Ampps ,

so please try to disable windows defender it really slows down an OS, goodluck
