 General instructions, Need instructions on how to update a url from http to https (1 Replies, Read 1882 times)

I have several Moodles Apps and I just added one recently it was added under http and since the installation I have added the SSL, and now the URL should be at https: I was trying to update through an edit and didn't see where to do this. I was wondering if this is possible, or will I need to delete the http, and add it as a new domain under the https. Please advise.

Hi,

You can go to the Softaculous Edit Installation page and edit the URL for your installation. You can refer the following guide for the same :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/enduser/how-to-edit-an-installation/

You will also need to change the config.php file in your installation path. Open the config.php file from your File Manage and search for the following variable :
$CFG->wwwroot

Update the URL next to this variable.
