Hello guys,

I installed Ampps about 8 days ago and it was all great so far with 1 exception. I can't seem to access PhpMyAdmin. Whenever I try to access it this comes up "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/index.php on this server".

I've put PhpMyAdmin in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ampps\apache\htdocs\phpmyadmin.

When I open local host from Ampps' menu I can't seem to acces the /cgi-bin/ either and I get the same message.

Please help.

Just to clarify, I checked for solutions before I wrote this and I'm a newbee trying to learn php/mysql/html, etc.

OS Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit

PHP version is 7.1


Ampps version is 3.8
