I have been asking for support for a crippled webuzo control panel for 11 days now (Sept 22nd)
My first request said this:
Quote "I turned on the wp theme. Now it is stuck on that theme and the theme has broken icons and the javascript opens up the admin panel in anther browser window but displays nothing."
response I got was:

This was the last request I sent: (ip address and credentials redacted)

Quote I have renewed my webuzo license. The control panel is still

^^it is stuck on this and clicking on options is a javascipt void. The control panel is broken when I tried out wpcentral.

linux server account with sudo (ubuntu server 16.04)

Please I need this remedied ASAP.

sure why you are getting wpCentral theme option. wpCentral is currently
hosted only on our server at https://panel.wpcentral.co. If you want to manage your WordPress websites using wpCentral, you can use the same by following all the documentations here: https://wpcentral.co/docs
Also, in order to check why you are getting the license error when you
access wpCentral via your webuzo panel, we require your server root
details. Please provide us with the same to debug the issue.

You require root when the user credentials I supplied have sudo and are the ones used for installing and managing webuzo?
^^Maybe Plesk is my solution, or maybe cPanel is.
How do I escalate a ticket request to some one who can comprehend what my support request is?
