Topic : Cannot resolve hostname

Hi, I can`t install any script with softaculous.. I always get "Cannot resolve hostname" error, even it`s correct... I tried this with two different sites on same domain...
Seems like Sofcaulous doesn`t work with sites that are have sub-site free URL.. eg. sitename.weebly.com
Can you confirm this?

info:
The server I tried is:serversfree.com
Domain name: cairojpdept.bugs3.com
Hostname: ftp.cairojpdept.bugs3.com

I tried pinging it using cmd and got 0% loss.
I can access site using file manager.
I can access site using FTP, but does not allow me to upload folders.. just files... can create new folders using online file manager, but can`t upload them even they were empty (with FTP and with file manager)
(This is not the problem now, the problem now is the basic one which is inability to resolve hostname).

Hi,

Are you using remote.softaculous.com ?

If yes please PM me your FTP login details that you are using while adding the domains and I will check it for you.

(If you were able to connect, you have the right to install the script given in the link (in PM) as a test. You can overwrite/deleet exisiting files... I managed to isntall it manually but ended up with a problem.. that`s why I love auto-isntallers...
