 Change Primary Virtualizor License IP (4 Replies, Read 3322 times)

A month ago when we changed servers our Admin decided to use a Virtualizor trial version when he set it up.  We then were unable to change the IP as when I try to change the IP of the primary Virtualizor license it says there is already an instance with the same IP.

Can you please help us change the IP urgently, as the trial license expires tomorrow.

Can you please open a support ticket here https://softaculous.com/support and provide us the old and new license details so that we can update the license details for you.
