We have replicated the issue and fixed it, i have attached the patch file, please unzip the patch file you will get restore.php in respective includes folder , upload it /Path/To/softaculous/includes/main/ You can refer the Softaculous path according to panels here:http://softaculous.com/docs/Immediate_Synchronize_with_Softaculous_Servers Edited by Moderator : December 14, 2018, 3:00 pm |

Hello salman,
Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately after I replace the 'restore.php' with the files in your attachment, the 'restore' button redirects me to blank page: https://sandbox:2083/cpsessXXXXX/frontend/paper_lantern/softaculous/index.live.php?act=restore&restore=wp.26_74255.2018-12-14_14-32-25.tar.gz Files are 644, owned by root. Are there any other tweaks required? |
