Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Hi, Is it still the case that https:// installs don't work first time ? See this thread : https://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=11792&title=A_trusted_SSL_Certificate_was_not_found I'm trying to install LuxCal via Softaculous 5.1.5 and get the above error message. I have tried installing a new Lets Encrypt certificate, but that makes no difference.

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5644 Status:	Hi, When you choose https:// protocol Softaculous makes a call to your domain to check if there is SSL certificate installed. It seems for some reason Softaculous is unable to verify that the SSL certificate is installed properly. Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Thanks Brijesh. There might be a problem with the installation of the SSL certificate for this site. I re-installed it yesterday, but it's not right somehow for the IPv6 side. I'll check all that first, then try again, and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestion, and if still failing, I'll submit a support ticket eventually. Cheers.
